Personal Data Processing Agreement
Prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 'On Personal Data and Their Protection', and the general principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last revised: 15 May 2026.
By providing your phone number and confirming this Agreement, you freely and knowingly consent to the processing of your personal data by the Operator under the terms set out below.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is the sole proprietor operating the Shaqyrtu service (hereinafter — 'the Operator'). The Operator's full legal name, IIN, address and contact details for data-subject requests are listed below.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
The Operator processes the following categories of the Data Subject's personal data: phone number; content of the invitation card (names, event dates, text, and uploaded media files); session identifiers and technical device information (IP address, browser type); payment transaction details (without storing payment instrument credentials).
3. Purposes of Processing
The Data Subject's personal data is processed for the following purposes: identification of the Subject and linking the invitation card to their phone number; delivery of system notifications, invitation management links, and transaction information; fulfilment of payment obligations and compliance with tax legislation; technical support and operation of the service; compliance with applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the Data Subject pursuant to Article 9, Part 2, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 'On Personal Data and Their Protection'.
5. Retention Periods
Invitation cards and drafts created without a confirmed payment do not guarantee long-term storage and may be deleted by the Operator at any time without prior notice to the Data Subject. Invitation cards with a confirmed payment are retained for no longer than 6 (six) months from the date of the last payment transaction. After this period, cards may be permanently deleted or transferred to an archive.
6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Data Subject's personal data may be transferred to third parties only in the following cases: to payment processing organisations for conducting payment transactions; to communication service providers (Telegram and others) for delivering notifications and links; to authorised state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the grounds provided by law. The sale or transfer of personal data to third parties for commercial purposes is not carried out.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under applicable law, the Data Subject has the right to: obtain information about the conditions of processing their personal data; demand rectification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data; Withdrawal of consent may result in the termination of the Data Subject's access to the service.
8. Data Subject's Confirmation
By confirming this Agreement, the Data Subject certifies that: they act freely and knowingly, without coercion; they are a legally competent person; they have fully read and understood the terms of this Agreement and their rights; they understand that a phone number constitutes personal data under Law No. 94-V; they do not object to cross-border transfer of data within the limits established by this Agreement.
